Check-in/out information:

  • It's only possible to arrive/leave during weekdays
  • Check-in (Monday - Friday): 10:00 - 19:00
  • Check-out (Monday - Friday): 10:00 - 19:00

The tenant will have access to the following areas

Important information

  • Co-living/hostel/pension property
  • Must follow the norms of co-existence.
  • You must cover an entry fee of 200€ (which covers the check-in and check-out cleaning and a set of bed linen & towels)
  • Bills are not included, a provisional amount will be asked to be paid every month along with the rent and this amount will be adjusted at the end of the contract
  • Couples will have to pay 100€ extra per month
  • Deposit is 2 months
  • ITP Payment to City Hall during the first month of stay

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
