- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Occupancy Rules:
- 1 person per room.
- Monthly bills (e.g., utilities) are 75 EUR per tenant, not included in the rent.
- Admin fee: 50 EUR.
- Tenants must be between 18 and 35 years old.
Check-in Details:
- Monday - Friday (9:00 - 14:30): Free of charge.
- Monday - Friday (14:30 - 20:00): 20 EUR.
- Weekends and holidays (11:00 - 18:00): 40 EUR (subject to availability).
- Weekends and holidays (18:00 - 20:30): 50 EUR (subject to availability).
- No check-ins after 20:30.
- Check-in fees must be paid in cash (no change available).
- A late fee of 10 EUR will apply for every 30 minutes past the scheduled check-in time.
Deposit Refund: Your deposit will be refunded 45 days after check-out via bank transfer.
Overnight Guests: Overnight guests are not permitted.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
