This shared exterior apartment is located on Via Laietana in the trendy neighborhood El Born. It is an excellent location for students as the apartment is near public transportation, which give you easy access to the universities of Barcelona as well as the city centre and the beach. The apartment features eight fully furnished bedrooms for rent, all equipped with desks for your work or studies. Almost all bedrooms have double beds, along with exterior views of the street. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer and three bathrooms, one of them being a toilet room. This is a perfect opportunity for those who wish to live with plenty of flatmates - you will never be lonely!

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is located right in the city buzz and close to plenty of metro stations - you will have easy access to other parts of Barcelona.
  • You will also be located just a short 15 minute bus ride from the beach!
  • Even though this apartment has 8 bedrooms, they are all very spacious.
  • Each bedroom, except for bedroom number 8, features an exterior view of the street.
  • This is an excellent location for students, as the flat is in the lively neighborhood of El Born. There are nightlife and dining options all around.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment has two shared bathrooms - one is equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The third is a toilet room.

  • ADDITIONAL 60.50€ FEE to carry out the review of the profile of the tenant in the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FINANCIAL CREDIT INSTITUTIONS "ASNEF" )
  • Exit cleaning fee 114.95€

Documents required:

  • ID / Passport
  • Work Contract (if applicable)

  • Bank details are required for the return of the deposit at the end of the contract
  • Once your booking is paid you will receive a unique welcome email from your landlord with all the information and instructions you need and where you will be asked for your personal documentation and bank details to make the rental contract. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU PROVIDE YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS CORRECTLY TO AVOID THEM NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTACT YOU AND RUN THE RISK OF LOSING YOUR BOOKING
  • If the owner does not receive all the necessary documentation previously requested by email and the payment of the total amount before check in, you will have to pay an additional 181,50€ for a last minute contract
  • You will be contacted a few days before the move in to arrange the check in time

Booking policy:

  • If the tenant wishes to extend the contract, the landlord needs to be notified at least 30 days in advance.
  • The landlord will not accept booking requests made more than 60 days before the move-in date
  • PLEASE NOTE: If the booking is made ON THE SAME DAY, check-in must take place at least 48 HOURS LATER. We cannot make same day check-ins
  • The contracts are fortnightly, so the full fortnight of the month will be paid according to the day of booking. If the check in is made from the 20th of the month onwards, the following month will also have to be paid to avoid two consecutive payments
