What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

This is very bright and cozy apartment. You can reach center by metro in fifteen min. Metro station is Horta is six min from home. You will share the apartment only with me. The apartment is very very clean. And it smells nice. There is no hair and mess around. Therefore I require from the person who will live in the apartment the same to be very clean. I’m calm and chill, I work during the day. I dont drink and dont smoke. I speak Spanish and English and I’m open minded.
