What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

My apartment is cozy and familiar, ideal for students looking for a comfortable room in which to concentrate or rest. It has lots of light and a large balcony where you can enjoy the first coffee in the morning, read or sunbathe. It is central, with many shops around and in a very quiet area. But my house is not a hotel or a tourist apartment. So, to respect everyone's night rest, I ask that if your idea is to go out every night or you are going to do a night shift, look for other options. If you are responsible and calm and want to get to know BCN in your spare time from a nice apartment, you'll be welcome! :)
