La casa de dispone varias habitaciones, salón, cocina, tres baños, ADSL Wifi y de una GRAN TERRAZA SOLARIUM muy soleada. El piso es muy céntrico, cerca de la UPC ( Universidad Politecnica de Cataluña). Supermercados, farmacias, bancos, gasolineras y todo tipo de negocios. Autobuses a lado de casa, y a pocos metros del "Metro de Badal y Collblac", Bicing a un minuto andando.

The kitchen is also well-equipped with 3 full-sized refrigerators, a 4-burner stove and an oven.

Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Campus Nord is just over a 20-minute walk away, and is also accessible by Metro. Camp Nou is nearby for the football fans, and for those that prefer shopping, the L'illa Diagonal shopping mall is easily accessible by bus.
