The room for rent in this cool 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer dels Periodistes, in El Guinardó, is located on the 3rd floor. Close to the entrance is a work space with a desk and chair. This is for the tenant's exclusive use. Shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, a comfy living and dining room, and a furnished balcony overlooking the street.

If you like to chill, El Guinardó is the place to do it. It’s a zen neighborhood near Parc del Guinardó and Serra de Collserola National Park. There are a few restaurants and bars around your block, and you won’t have difficulty finding supermarkets or health clubs and gyms. And the Mundet campus of the University of Barcelona is a 10-minute drive away.
