What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Very Beautiful Renovated Apartment  in a renovated building in the Golden Quartier, the Green Heart of Eixample's Neighborhood. The last two years we have been renovating all the building and the apartment. The property has an elevator and a doorman from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 13:30h. The apartment is 96 m2 plus the 26 m2 of two terraces and an interior patio of 10 m2 - Each room has a new: furniture, decoration, Smart TV 40" multi wifi charging phone, details as curtains, pillows, etc... for the new person that will  come!  We are looking for a very clean and polite roomie polite who wants to live well & calm.  Very beautiful and safe place. The location IS excellent, 10 minuts walking to Paseo de Gracia with Diagonal and in the opposite way  to the Sagrada Familia and 15 min to Borne. Please only for Responsable, Polite, Clean person!  We work & study and we live in a very nice atmosphere.  We have 2 amazing terrasses that we use as livingsroom too.  The Apartment is in the Heart Green Eixample, very central location close to Paseo de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya full of buses, taxi stations, metro stations like Diagonal L5, L3 and Verdaguer ( L4) ( L5) and several bus lines. Neighborhood is full of restaurants, full services, cozy stores, proximity supermarkets, markets and close to Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Sagrada Familía , Gracia, etc...  Very trendy neighborhood and very good communicate!  It is in the new Green Eixample Heart in Barcelona. It is a place for to live well and study and working.  A place to grown up with well being atmosphere.
