Summer Discount August

No Deposit for summer Stays (less than 2 months)

Important information:

If you need registration (empadronamiento), this trusted Landlord offers it for all his apartments

For Long stays bookings (more than 6 Month), if you shorten your stay for more than 50% of the original stay, the deposit won't be refunded.

The tenant must cover an Administrative Fee amount of 150 €

There is an extra fee of 100 € for couples

Deposit and administrative fees must be covered before your arrival at the property.

The room-shared properties are included with a weekly cleaning service, except for studios.

  • Check-in (Monday - Friday): 09:00 - 19:00

How to book
