This 8-room apartment is located in a historic building with elevator. It has a kitchen, oven and microwave for common use. For your convenience in the kitchen each guest has a private cupboard with basic cooking and eating utensils. There are 2 full bathrooms to share. Internet, water and electricity services are included. Cleaning service twice a week of the common areas is also included. Laundry service is not available, but a few steps from the apartment there is a very inexpensive laundromat.

-LOST KEYS OR BROKEN LOCKS WILL BE CHARGED WITH A 50€ FEE.
-IF SOMEONE STAYS OVERNIGHT IN YOUR ROOM YOU WILL HAVE TO GIVE PRIOR NOTICE AND PAY 20€ PER NIGHT FOR THE ADDITIONAL GUEST. MAXIMUM STAY OF EXTRA GUEST IS 5 NIGHTS IN A ROW. ONLY ONE EXTRA GUEST IN THE WHOLE PROPERTY.
Violation of any of these rules or any other rule that jeopardizes the tranquility and safety of the tenants may be cause for expulsion.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
