The location is unbeatable: Next to the historic University of Barcelona with its botanical garden and library, ideal spaces to study, walk or rest. Beach 15 minutes away by bike. Less than 5 minutes from pedestrian streets such as Paseo de Gracia, Consell de Cent, or Enrique Granados. Traditional stores, gyms with spa and good cafes and restaurants in the area. Museums and art galleries nearby, as well as emblematic historical modernist buildings. The house : It is a huge modernist apartment, which preserves characteristic elements, such as hydraulic mosaic floors, stained glass, classic kitchen, marble bathtub.... The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and we prioritize the respect and relaxation of all.
