Sants is a lively area situated very close to Barcelona's city centre. This neighbourhood is filled with places to eat, drink and socialise — tenants will never be bored here. The apartment is very well-connected to other areas of Barcelona — Hostafrancs metro station is 4 minutes from the property, and Pl. Espanya train station can be reached in 5 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • This property is bright as it has several windows and white walls.
  • Pl. Espanya train station is just 5 minutes away.
  • As the property is on the 6th floor, its windows and balconies provide extensive views of Barcelona.
  • The property has both a terrace and a balcony.
  • There are several green spaces surrounding the apartment, including the Jardins de Joan Maragall and the Parc de Joan Miró.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not have an oven, but it has a fully functioning electric stove and a microwave.

How to book
