Bonitas y acogedoras habitaciónes perfectas para un estudiante en la zona de Collblanc/Torrassa unos de los barrios con más servicios y comercios. Desde el apartamento puede ir andando hasta la zona universitaria. El apartamento es muy tranquilo e ideal para estudiar. Las habitaciónes con cerradura propia está equipadas con todo lo necesario para poder estudiar tranquilamente. Está ubicada en un piso recién reformado (agosto 2023) de 56 m2. Consta de una cocina equipada con horno, Combi (no Frost), microondas y una lavadora. Hay un tejado comunitario donde sube muy poca gente. Es un lugar ideal para poder tomar el sol, hacer yoga o disfrutar de la fresca; además de poder tender la ropa. El baño es completo y con ducha. El piso está ubicado en un barrio popular y en una calle muy tranquila. Se encuentra pocos minutos andando de las paradas de metro Collblanc (L5) y Torrassa (L1, L9 y L10), además cuenta con variadas paradas de bus y a tan solo 25 minutos andando de las universidades No puede estar mejor comunicado. Muy cerca se encuentran muchas tiendas, bibliotecas, polideportivo municipal Fum d’Estampa (con piscina), el parque de la Torrassa. A solo 8 minutos a pie, está el mercado de Torrent Gornal o el de Coll Blanc. Si quieres vivir entre estudiantes, es ideal. No se permite fumar y ni mascotas. Propiedad con acceso a todas las zonas comunes. Se busca persona con facilidad de trato, limpia y ordenada.

How to book

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
