Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months). This is a modern apartment in the center of Barcelona, fully furnished and with a 30m2 terrace waiting for you. The living room is cozy and very comfortable, where you can relax and watch your favorite programs. However, the protagonist space is undoubtedly the terrace, where you can enjoy a meal and drinks with friends during the wonderful sunny days.  The kitchen is independent and is equipped with all the utensils and appliances to cook from the day of arrival. The bedroom has a double bed and an open closet. In addition, an additional room equipped as a study, is the perfect space for academic or work activities from home. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.

The neighborhood: The apartment is located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, steps away from countless tourist attractions such as the Cathedral of Barcelona, the Bishop's Bridge and the Museum of History of Barcelona. It is also close to the coast and the port of Barcelona. In the surroundings you will find supermarkets, cafes, trendy bars, restaurants and all the necessary services. In addition, it is perfectly communicated with the rest of the city by metro and bus. The nearest metro stations are Jaume I (L4) and Drassanes (L3), a 5-minute walk away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

  • Other Bills: Not included in the rental price. Estimated costs based on apartment size are:
    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

Check-in/Check-out Info:

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
