 Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This 80m2 apartment has everything you need to have the best temporary stay in Barcelona. The living room is spacious and bright, has access to a cozy balcony overlooking Carrer de Casanova. You can enjoy and relax watching your favorite programs on the comfortable sofa. It also has a desk that you can use as a work or study area, as you prefer. The kitchen and dining room are located in the adjoining space. The dining table is spacious and will be perfect for sharing meals with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from day 1, it has an independent laundry area. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is en suite, has a double bed and closet. The second one is single and has a closet. The two bathrooms in the apartment are complete and have a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The location is ideal, in the Eixample neighborhood. The area is very quiet and residential, it is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings. Close to the Francesc Macià square where you will find a wide range of stores and restaurants, the Hospital Clinic is located 8 minutes away and the L'illa Diagonal shopping center, 16 minutes away. At 8 minutes walking from the nearest station "Hospital Clinic" (L5).pping center L'illa Diagonal and the Hospital Clinic.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
