Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This bright and modern 80 m2 apartment is fully equipped and ready to move in. The living room has been decorated with warm and neutral tones that give the environment a unique and cozy personality. The large window allows the light to enter directly into the apartment and also invites us to go out to the spacious balcony to enjoy the pleasant climate of the city while having a drink or the unmissable coffee in the mornings. The impeccable kitchen is modern and integrates perfectly with the living room. It has all the necessary appliances to cook from the arrival to the apartment.  The sleeping area has 2 comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own closet. The first bedroom is a suite and the bathroom has a bathtub. The second bathroom of the apartment is complete and has a shower. A third room can be used as a study area or work from home.  The apartment has air conditioning, heating y wifi. It has a laundry area. Optional parking.

The neighborhood: This is one of the preferred areas in Barcelona for its quiet environment and at the same time fully supplied with all services. It also has an interesting gastronomic offer and is surrounded by green spaces that work perfect as relaxation and walking areas. The Glories shopping center, the majestic Agbar Tower, the Design Museum and the Plaza de las Glorias Catalanas are within 15 minutes walking distance. The nearest station, "Navas" (L1), is 4 minutes away; and "Bac de Roda" (L2) is 8 minutes away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Proof of financial solvency (from parents/guardians or tenants if they are employed)

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

  • Other Bills: Not included in the rental price. Estimated costs based on apartment size are:
    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
