What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

This two-bedroom flat has a total surface area of 76m2 and sleeps four people. The living room retains the original wooden ceiling beams, giving it a cosy rustic feel that will make you feel right at home. It has a large beige sofa, coffee tables, a smart TV, as well as plants, decorations and mirrors. Next to the living room there is a cosy dining room with a round table and four chairs. Next to the dining room is the modern integrated kitchen; it is equipped with all the necessary basic kitchen utensils, such as plates and cutlery, wine glasses, waste bins. Equipment such as refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and induction cooker are also available. Both bedrooms feature the same wooden ceiling beams, and each includes a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and decorations. The 2 bathrooms have a shower, toilet and washbasin, and are equipped with all the necessary amenities: gel, shampoo, towels and hairdryer, soap and toilet paper. The flat also has a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

What we liked the most

Located in the centre of the Gothic Quarter, it enjoys proximity to the Ramblas, Plaça Sant Jaume (where the town hall is located), Plaça Reial and many other commercial points of the Ciutat Vella district. This area stands out for being one of the main access routes to the old medieval quarter of the city, in the deepest alleys of Gothic Barcelona. Only in Barcelona can you have such an authentic experience.

The Gothic Quarter is home to both local and international businesses and some of the city's most cultural areas, including the Raval and the Born. If you choose this neighbourhood as your travel destination, you won't have time for a break.

Landlord policies

Important: the final cleaning fee (200€) must be paid to the landlord before check-in.

In addition, tenants will be asked to make an advance payment of €300 to cover possible excess utility costs. Utilities are included in the rental price, but in the event that the amount specified in the listing is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from this amount. If the consumption of utilites does not exceed the specified amount, this 300€ will be refunded when you leave the flat.

Check-in out of working hours:

  • From 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm, check-in is possible at an additional cost of €65; from 10:00 pm - 00:00 am, an additional cost of €85 would be payable, upon request.
  • It is necessary to fill in and sign the form and the house rules. You will also be asked to provide a photo of your passport or valid ID.
  • No parties are allowed. In case a neighbor complains or presents evidence that a party is being held in the apartment, the deposit will be taken; and in case of damage, the cost of repair/replacement of damaged items will be claimed.
