This apartment has 45 m2 that have been perfectly distributed, and has also been equipped with everything you need to have the best stay in the city.

In the comfortable dining room you can relax and enjoy your favorite programs. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook from your arrival.

The rest area has 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, closets to store everything you need and a nice balcony from where you can enjoy a coffee or a drink during the warm days of Barcelona. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.

In addition, a study equipped with 2 desks, will serve perfectly as a comfortable study space or work from home.

The apartment has electric heating and 100mb fiber as Wi-Fi.

Located in a neighborhood of Poblenou, a place where new technology companies mix with university campuses, hotels and spectacular residential buildings, we find this cozy and bright apartment, located in an area very close to the beach (about 10 minutes walking).

Located in a very quiet street, surrounded by all kinds of shops and a few steps from the Parque del Centro del Poblenou.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
