Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This modern apartment located in the Sants neighborhood has everything you need during your temporary stay in Barcelona. The day area consists of a spacious and bright living room, which has access to a balcony from where you can relax and enjoy a coffee. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with the necessary appliances and utensils so you can cook from your arrival, such as ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and toaster. The sleeping area has a bedroom with double bed and closet. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has a split air conditioning and heating by heat pump. It also has 100mb of fiber optic as wifi.

The neighborhood: The apartment is located in Sugranyes Street, in a very quiet area. It is fully supplied with all the services you need as well as bars, restaurants and green areas. The famous stadium of Barcelona (Campo Nou) is located 13 minutes walk away. The Hospital Universtari Dexeus, the shopping center L'illa Diagonal and the university area where several faculties are located are very close to the apartment. The Sants station (L3/L5), which is the main train station of the city so you can take trains to national and international destinations is located about 20 minutes walk, and 15 minutes away is the Park of Industrial Spain, this is a very quiet area, perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities.  The nearest station is "Badal" (L5), located 1 minute walk away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Proof of financial solvency (from parents/guardians or tenants if they are employed)

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
