Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months).

This is a fully furnished and equipped apartment in Congrés i els Indians (Sant Andreu) in Barcelona. It consists of 60 m2 perfectly distributed. Upon entering, you will find a bright living room, with a comfortable sofa ideal for enjoying your favorite series or movies.

The kitchen is open and has all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove with gas hob and ceramic hob. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double bed sharing a bathroom with shower.

Additionally, the apartment has a gallery with clothesline with washing machine. It has air conditioning, heat pump heating and wifi.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in Felip II street, in a quiet and residential area. In the surroundings you will find green areas, parks and gardens such as the Pegaso Park, Can Xiringoi Gardens, Massana Gardens and the beautiful Can Drago Park.

It also has excellent connections to the rest of the city by metro and bus. Just two minutes walk from the metro station Congrés (L5).

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
