Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months)

This 66 m2 apartment has everything you need to make your temporary stay in Barcelona comfortable and very practical. The day area consists of a living room with integrated kitchen, which is fully equipped with appliances and utensils needed to cook from your arrival. The living room has access to the balcony and also to a small interior terrace where you can enjoy meals with friends. The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms with closet. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a view to the street from a balcony.  There is also a space equipped as an office where you can study or work from home.  The apartment has fiber optics such as wifi.

The neighborhood: The apartment is located in a central location of Barcelona, in the street d'En Boquer. A few steps from historical monuments such as the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and tourist attractions such as the Moco Museum or the Picasso Museum. It is also located 13 minutes away from the most important square of the city, Plaza Catalunya. You will also have a varied offer of all kinds of services around such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all kinds of commerce.  The nearest station is Sant Jaume (L4), a 3-minute walk away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month

    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
