The day area consists of a comfortable living room with access to the balcony overlooking Carrer Gran de Gracia. The dining room is located in another area of the apartment, next to the kitchen, and with access to the large terrace. The kitchen is independent, fully equipped with crockery, utensils and appliances, ready to cook from your arrival.  The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is double, exterior and with access to the balcony, has a chest of drawers and closet to store everything you need. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, chest of drawers and clothes rack. The third bedroom is also double and has a chest of drawers. The 3 bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms with shower. Located in the heart of the village of Gracia, a residential area par excellence. Walking through its narrow streets you will be captivated by each of its corners, full of personality. It has a lot of life and a very youthful atmosphere, so you will find all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars in the surroundings.  Diagonal Avenue is located 8 minutes away, where you will find a wide range of shops as well as several bus stops. The nearest station is a 3-minute walk away, "Fontana" (L3). Gracia station, which has metro and train lines, is 4 minutes away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
