This modern two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. It spreads out over three floors, with the living room and the kitchen on the ground floor, the two bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs and a large terrace with gorgeous views on the top floor. This exterior home receives plenty of natural light, and it is beautifully decorated throughout. It is located on Ramón y Cajal street, in the exclusive neighborhood of Gràcia, within a modern building equipped with a shared swimming pool. This fabulous location will allow you to walk to the town centre, and you will also have access to a variety of top-class restaurants, shops and galleries within close proximity. You will surely enjoy living in one of the most famed and popular neighborhoods in Barcelona!
What we liked the most
- There is a sunny private terrace furnished with a table with chairs and a sun lounge, allowing you to dine outside or sunbathe.
- The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances including a handy dishwasher.
- Both bedrooms and the living area have balconies overlooking the swimming pool.
- In the cozy living area you will find a flat screen TV and some shelves which can be used to store books or magazines.
- The bathroom is fully equipped, including a bathtub.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 2 is equipped with a single bed with another roll out bed underneath.
