A superb three bedroom apartment with one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant living area. As you step into this fabulous apartment, you will be nicely surprised to see the huge amount of natural light it receives. One of the nicest features of this home is the large balcony overlooking a landscaped courtyard where you can sit in the sun and enjoy of a relaxing drink on the outdoor table. This apartment offers one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, making it a good option for families. It is located on Prats de Mollo street, in the elegant neighborhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. This gorgeous residential area is calm, secure and has access to many green spaces. You are also very well communicated with one train station and two bus stops situated within close proximity.

What we liked the most

  • The stunning living area is the first thing you will encounter as you walk past the front door. This stylish room will provide a great setting to gather with your family or roommates, with a large dining table with six chairs and a huge white leather sofa situated in-front of a TV.
  • There is also plenty of shelving space allowing you to add your personal touches to this home by displaying family photos or books.
  • There is good storage space throughout the apartment, with large wardrobes in each bedroom and many cabinets in the kitchen.
  • This cozy home will be pleasant all year-round, with central air-conditioning and natural gas heaters throughout the apartment.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 2 and 3 are interior, but have windows overlooking an interior patio. Both have single beds with another roll out single bed underneath.
  • There is only one bathroom, but is modern and very elegant. There is a large bathtub with a really large circular shower head above, designed to provide a rain-like experience, so you can choose if you want to relax with a hot bath or the ultimate shower experience.

How to book
