This 44 m2 apartment is fully equipped and furnished, ready to move in.

The day area consists of a spacious living room with integrated kitchen. The whole apartment is decorated with the traditional Catalan vault that gives a very special atmosphere to the space. The kitchen has everything you need to cook from your arrival, from crockery and utensils to appliances such as ceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer / dryer and the inevitable coffee maker.

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Both bedrooms have a closet where you can store whatever you need, and share a full bathroom with shower.

The apartment includes air conditioning, heating and wifi. Located in Carrer de Lluna, right in the historic center of the city. A few blocks from the famous Rambla, one of the most important streets of the city, as it connects the heart of Barcelona, Plaza de Catalunya with the port.

This area is surrounded by narrow streets and small squares that are strategically located to sit and enjoy a drink or a snack. It is also fully supplied with all services, stores and supermarkets.

The neighborhood of Sant Antoni, which has a quiet and residential atmosphere is just a few blocks away.

The nearest station is Sant Antoni (L2), 4 minutes from the apartment.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
