Spacious apartment is spread over 75 m2, has capacity for 4 people, and is located in Carrer del Pou de la Cadena 3. It is entirely decorated with bamboo and greeneries, allowing a tropical soothing vibe to prevail.

The living room includes a large beige sofa with colorful cushions, a bamboo chair, an oval shaped coffee table, and lots of modern tropical decor.

The space also has a nice light-colored rug and a smart TV. Furthermore, it has a floor-to-ceiling glass door giving access to a small patio overlooking the busy streets of El Born, and letting in natural light all over the place. In the living area is a rectangular wooden dining table with 4 bamboo chairs, garnished with 3 beautiful bamboo mirrors on the wall. Then comes the modern kitchen with luxurious black pavement and dark wood cabinets.

It features all cooking basics, dishes and silverware, freezer and refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave, toaster, an induction electrical stove, as well as a Nespresso machine.

Landlord policies

Important: the final cleaning fee (200€) must be paid to the landlord before check-in.

In addition, tenants will be asked to make an advance payment of €300 to cover possible excess utility costs. Utilities are included in the rental price, but in the event that the amount specified in the listing is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from this amount. If the consumption of utilites does not exceed the specified amount, this 300€ will be refunded when you leave the flat.

Check-in out of working hours:

  • From 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm, check-in is possible at an additional cost of €65; from 10:00 pm - 00:00 am, an additional cost of €85 would be payable, upon request.
  • It is necessary to fill in and sign the form and the house rules. You will also be asked to provide a photo of your passport or valid ID.
  • No parties are allowed. In case a neighbor complains or presents evidence that a party is being held in the apartment, the deposit will be taken; and in case of damage, the cost of repair/replacement of damaged items will be claimed.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
  • Direct debit of the rental payment
    Monthly rent payments are done through our platform on this property. We'll charge you automatically each month using direct debit, without any extra cost.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
