Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) If you are looking for an apartment with terrace to take advantage and relax in these hot summer days, this penthouse has everything you need, and also will surprise you with the incredible mountain views. The day area consists of a comfortable and bright living room, which highlights the blue tone of the sofa that combines perfectly with the warmth of the wood used in the rest of the furniture. A large window shows us and invites us to go out to the spectacular furnished terrace  of 25 m2, where you can enjoy lunch or meetings with friends and family. Here you will also find the washer and dryer as a laundry area. The kitchen is independent and modern, fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need from your arrival, such as ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave and even coffee maker and toaster. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of them with a view to the terrace. Both bedrooms have closet and desk where you can work or study. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. Located in the upper area of the Gracia neighborhood, the apartment is supplied with all services in the surroundings, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants, and all kinds of commerce, as well as metro and bus stops. Around the apartment, we find some green spaces such as the Parc de les Aigües, 7 minutes walk away; and 8 minutes away, the Jardins del Baix Guinardó. At 9 minutes we find the beautiful Paseo Sant Joan, where you can enjoy walks and outdoor activities, in addition to the exquisite cuisine offered along the entire road. The nearest stations are 6 minutes away from the apartment: Joanic (L4) and Alfons X (L4).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
