Beautiful and bright apartment with one big double room kingsize bed, bathroom & kitchen fully equipped.All rooms with windows and daylight.You will have access to a communal terrace on the roof to have your outdoor dinner or get some sun.Fiber internet for remote working.Located in the best part of Gracia close to carrer Asturias & Verdi in a narrow quiet lane but close to all the bars,restaurants and animated squares of the neighbourhood.You will be experiencing the true bohemian life of Gracia .Only three min.walk to Fontana metro station and five min.to Gracia FGC. We only rent + six months!

How to book

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
