Things to keep in mind

  • Parties are not allowed and smokers cannot stay here. Modifying anything in the flat is also forbidden (painting the walls, opening holes in the wall, removing the furniture...).
  • Common areas must be kept clean and tidy for the right usage of everyone. Do not leave a common area without making sure it is as nice as you found it.
  • This flat was renovated in 2021. It would be a shame if the tenants do not look after it.
  • Citizenship is learned and put into practice through action. If you think you cannot comply with these rules, I suggest you apply for another flat. Barcelona is full of different choices!
