If you are looking for a modern, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped apartment, then without a doubt this apartment is ideal for you. It has 83 m2 perfectly distributed.  It is a brand new apartment, with high-standing finishes and quality materials. Upon entering you will find a beautiful living room decorated with great taste. The living room has access to a spectacular terrace of about 43 m2 useful where you can enjoy unforgettable evenings with your family or friends. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, with all high-end appliances such as a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and kitchen utensils. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with double beds, one of them in a suite with a bathroom. The other two bedrooms share another bathroom with a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, and wifi. The property also has a spectacular communal area with a swimming pool, to enjoy the hot summer months. To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
