Monthly rental apartment  (from 32 days to 11 months) If you are looking to live in a residential area, but at the same time well connected to the rest of the city then this apartment is ideal for you. Comfortable, spacious, and very bright. It has 105m2 perfectly distributed. Upon entering you will find a beautiful living room tastefully decorated in pale and white tones that give it a lot of space and air. The living room has access to an outdoor balcony ideal for enjoying the weather of the city. The kitchen is integrated and is American-style. It has all the necessary high-end appliances such as oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, gas stove, and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double beds, one of them en suite with a complete bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has a full bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment also has a practical dressing room. The apartment has air conditioning, heating radiators, and fiber wifi. The neighborhood The apartment is located in Torrent de la Olla street with Córsega in the neighborhood of Gracia, in a residential area par excellence. Nearby you can find all kinds of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, gyms, and restaurants.  It is also located a few steps from Paseo de Gracia and the Diagonal subway (L3 and L5).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
