Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This is a beautiful apartment with spectacular views, fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in. It has about 65m2 perfectly distributed. The day area consists of a bright living room decorated with great taste. The living room has access to a beautiful outdoor balcony overlooking the sea; ideal for enjoying the privileged coastal climate of Barcelona. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and gas stove. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and internet. 

The neighborhood: This apartment is located a few meters from the beach of Barceloneta, the largest in the city. In addition, in the surroundings, you can find all the necessary services such as supermarkets, stores, restaurants, and bars. A must is a walk at sunset along the Port Vell. The Barceloneta neighborhood is an old neighborhood, where the locals are used to tasting seafood dishes, tapas, and fish, sharing a beer. The neighborhood is very well connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus. The closest metro stop is Barceloneta, L4.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
