Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months). It is a spacious and bright apartment fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in. It has about 61m2 perfectly distributed.  Upon entering, you will find a beautiful living room decorated with great taste. The living room has access to a cozy furnished terrace ideal for relaxing after a long day of work or study. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

Additionally, the apartment has a practical office ideal for working or studying. The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, and fiber wifi. The neighborhood: The property is located in Casanova street almost a corner with Diputación. It enjoys a central location because in a few minutes you will reach Plaça Catalunya or the Gran Vía de las Cortes Catalanas that connects with almost the entire city. This area is very quiet and familiar, has all kinds of essential services nearby, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and lots of local commerce. In addition, you will be very well connected to the rest of the city, as it is located a few steps from the metro stop Urgel (L1).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
