Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Located in a neighborhood of excellence in Poblenou, a place where new technology companies are mixed with university campuses, hotels, and spectacular residential buildings, we find this cozy and bright apartment, located in an area very close to the beach (about 10 minutes walk). This apartment is fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in. It has 95 mt2 perfectly distributed. The day area consists of a beautiful living room, tastefully decorated with modern touches. The living room has access to a spectacular terrace, perfect to enjoy the weather of the city.  The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms (one in suite). The bedrooms share two full bathrooms with a shower. The apartment has heating, air conditioning, and wifi. The property is located in a very quiet street, surrounded by all kinds of stores and a few steps from the metro Poblenou.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
