Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Located in an excellent neighborhood in Poblenou, a place where new technology companies mix with university campuses, hotels, and spectacular housing buildings, we find this cozy and bright apartment, located in an area very close to the beach (about 10 minutes walk). It is fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in. It has 54 mt2 perfectly distributed. The day area consists of a beautiful living room, tastefully decorated. The living room has access to a beautiful balcony perfect for enjoying the weather of the city. In addition, the living room has a practical desk ideal for working or studying. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. The sleeping area consists of two bright double bedrooms, which share a bathroom with a shower.  The apartment has electric radiators and fans. It also has wifi included in the rental price. The apartment is located in a very quiet street, surrounded by all kinds of stores and a few steps from the metro Poblenou.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
