Apartment for temporary rent (from 32 days to 11 months) Bright, fully furnished, and equipped apartment in Valencia street. Upon entering, you will find a spacious living room tastefully decorated with an integrated kitchen equipped with all necessary high-end appliances. The living room has access to a beautiful terrace, ideal for sharing with family and friends. The sleeping area consists of a large and bright double bedroom with closets and another bedroom with a sofa bed. The apartment has a complete bathroom with a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and wifi. Its location is excellent. It is surrounded by all kinds of stores, restaurants and very close to Paseo de Gracia and all kinds of metro and bus stops.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
