FEES
- Deposit: 2 months (due prior to check in).
- Will be returned by bank transfer. If bank commissions are produced, they will be charged to the tenant.
- Admin fee: 1 month + VAT

- OTHER BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental and will be calculated based on standard reference values and the surface area of the home. The approximate minimum cost of consumption is as follows:
- 1 bedroom apartment – €100/month*
- 2 bedroom apartment – €150/month*
- 3 bedroom apartment – €200/month*
- 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*

- This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

- The payment must be received before the 5th of each month.
- Any bank charges caused by rejected payments must be assumed by the client.
- If the payment has not been received before the 15th of each month, a monthly payment surcharge of €100 will be applied.

- Check-in times:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:30 - 18:30
- Fridays: 9:00 - 15:00
- Out-of-hours check-in: €30
- Check out times
- Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM
- Check-out cleaning fee: 99€-260€ (based on m2) - this is mandatory and will be deducted from the deposit
- Early check outs: The contract cannot be canceled or shortened, otherwise a penalty corresponding to the 2-month deposit will be applied.
- One day before your departure or the same day, the landlord will arrange a visit to inspect the apartment in the tenant's presence

RULES
- As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
- The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.
The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).
