Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Surrounded by parks, restaurants, shops, universities and business schools, we find this magnificent apartment of about 89mt2 in a neighborhood where new technology companies are mixed with old buildings that retain their original facade.  Its location is excellent. It is just a few steps from the busy Diagonal Avenue and a few blocks from Poblenou Station. The day area consists of a very bright living-dining room with access to a magnificent terrace, totally outside where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city. The apartment has a separate kitchen, fully equipped with all the top-of-the-range appliances. The night area consists of two-double rooms with double beds and a complete bathroom with bathtub. It has natural gas heating and air conditioning. It is fully equipped and furnished with parquet flooring, ready to move in. Wifi is included in the rental price.

The neighbourhood:

The location is ideal, Poblenou has become one of the favourite neighbourhoods in Barcelona. It has become very popular thanks to its cheerful, modern atmosphere and the 22@ area. In addition, it is a very well-stocked area, in the surrounding area you will find all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and bars.  The flat is less than 10 minutes walk from the Westfield Glories shopping centre and only 4 minutes from the Diagonal and the Pere IV Tram station. So its connectivity is privileged.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
