Monthly rental apartment (32 days to 11 months) This is a modern apartment, spacious and very well connected with the rest of the city. The apartment is designed with very good taste and has spectacular finishes, first class.

Upon entering, you will find a comfortable living room, very bright. On the right side, you will see the kitchen, American style, fully equipped and with all the necessary appliances. It is a comfortable, practical and state-of-the-art kitchen.

Moving forward, you will enter a hallway that connects to the master bedroom and bathroom. The room overlooks a beautiful interior courtyard, perfect for enjoying with family and friends the pleasant climate of the city.

Also, the apartment has a comfortable desk for those who want to work from home or simply to study or read.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating. It has wifi and high speed internet included in the price.

In addition, it is perfectly connected to the rest of the city in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Steps away from supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a few meters from the metro Camp de L'Arpa (L5).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
