Located in one of the best neighborhoods of the city, close to subways and bus lines, with easy access to all other points of the city. Zone also, with many shops, schools and restaurants. We found this cozy apartment of 70 m², fully furnished and with everything necessary to enter to live comfortably. It is an apartment of high standing with luxury finishes.    

The day area consists of a pleasant living room with access to a balcony. Next to it, there is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchenware and high-end appliances.     

In the night area there are two double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds.   

There is a spacious bathroom with a shower. The flat has parquet floors, heat pump heating and AC ducts.     

Air conditioning, TV and heating. Parking space and wifi included in the rental price This magnificent apartment is located in Ticiá street, within the district of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi.

This area is very residential and quiet. Nearby you can find all kinds of essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, hospitals and beautiful restaurants with terraces. Surrounded by green spaces, where you can walk outdoors, play sports or just relax.

The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city, with the Penitents metro stop (L3), a 7-minute walk away, and a few meters from exit 6 of the Ronda de Dalt B20.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
