The entire building has been renovated to brand new. These are all new apartments in the heart of Las Ramblas. The neighbours are friendly most of them are from Northern Europe. It is a very safe place. The apartment has been decorated with high end finishings. You will find all you need to make you feel at home inside the apartment, with no doubts you will be happy to rent a safe and clean space, beside to be very well located and close to the most attraction that the city offers. Cleaning and internet are included on the rent. This is a very sophisticated apartment ideal for a temporal employee/couple or Master student degree.
