You will be able to really make this home. The white walls and furnishings with the odd dash of colour make sure of that.

We think that it's an ideal house share. All rooms have single beds, there's 2 bathrooms and common areas. Sharing doesn't have to be complicated.

This is a 2nd floor, 5-bedroom apartment on Carrer De Sant Quintí, Barcelona. It's a comfortable and cute home that comes readily and fully furnished with all the essentials.

It is perfect for students. The property is a 15-minute commute via public transport to the Universitat de Barcelona. Then this combined with the shared study space truly makes it ideal for studious people.

What we liked the most

  • Socialising with housemates over meals.
  • Being able to study in peace in the space of your own home.
  • Snoozing your alarm because your commute is limited.

Things to keep in mind
