Absolutely. This place has it all, really. Great location in charming Gràcia. Lots of outdoor space. And all the modern appliances and conveniences.

This is a 4th-floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Joan Blanques in Barcelona. Set out over two floors, downstairs you have an open-plan living-kitchen area, upstairs a bedroom, and two terraces to enjoy as well.

It is perfect for those who want to live in a city but also enjoy community spirit in a neighbourhood full of character. Gràcia feels like its own little village with its cute cafes and shops. It's hard not to love a place like this.
