Absolutely. This place has it all, really. Great location in charming Gràcia. Lots of outdoor space. And all the modern appliances and conveniences.

We think this property would suit basically anyone. It's bright, modern, and well-equipped. Plus it's located in the lovely neighbourhood of Gràcia with its arty boutiques and village-like vibe.

This is a 4th-floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Joan Blanques in Barcelona. Set out over two floors, downstairs you have an open-plan living-kitchen area, upstairs a bedroom, and two terraces to enjoy as well.
It is perfect for those who want to live in a city but also enjoy community spirit in a neighbourhood full of character. Gràcia feels like its own little village with its cute cafes and shops. It's hard not to love a place like this.
