Este apartamento está situado en una excelente zona, en el barrio de Sant Andreu, en el que encontrarás muchas tiendas , supermercados, bares, restaurantes, un gran y bonito parque "Can Dragó", ideal para salir a pasear, hacer deporte ya que en el encontrarás canastas de baloncesto, mesas de ping-pong, juegos infantiles, también un gimnasio y piscina. La comunicación por medio de transporte público es excelente, la estación de metro de la linea roja, la estación de tren, estación de autobuses, están justo en frente del apartamento a solo tres min. caminando. El apartamento es muy soleado y ventilado, hay ascensor en la finca.
