This comfortable 3-bedroom apartment is located on Plaça de las Navas in the popular Poble-sec. The 55 m² apartment has a modern kitchen with a convenient laundry room off the side, a serene living area with access to the balcony as well as a functional bathroom with 3 cosy bedrooms, 1 double and 2 singles.

Desire a diverse inner city lifestyle with everything you need at your fingertips? Poble-sec is your kind of place. This apartment is a short 3-minute walk away from the Poble Sec Metro station and a great collection of shops and delectable restaurants, including Galician, Argentinian and Mediterranean options.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is close to the Poble Sec Metro station, restaurants and other useful amenities.
  • The kitchen has a range of modern appliances including an oven and microwave.
  • There is A/C installed to ensure you are comfortable over the hot summer months.
  • The functional bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
  • The decor is functional and comfortable throughout.

Things to keep in mind

  • Please note that at the time the Homechecker visited the property, the Mayor Fiesta del Poble-sec was taking place, hence the noise that could be heard whilst filming Bedroom 3. This event takes place annually between 13th-22nd July.
  • There is a washing machine but no dryer so you will have to hang your laundry to dry.
