This casual 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer del Dr. Giné i Partagàs is on the 3rd floor and has a terrific little balcony. It’s a cozy space with a laid-back decor, wood flooring, and exposed ceilings. The kitchen is equipped, there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a private washer and dryer.

It’s easy to see why La Barceloneta is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the city. You're minutes away from the beach and there is a fresh food market around the corner. You’re close to fabulous restaurants, the Gothic Quarter is 20 minutes away, and the Maremagnum mall is within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is well-furnished.
  • There is a lot of natural light coming in through the window.
  • There is typical Spanish balcony where you can relax in and enjoy the sun.
  • The location is great as it is located so close to the beach!
