Where to start with this luxury, ground-floor Barcelona apartment?

2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a private patio, new furnishings and equipment, plenty of storage space, and in the centre of Barcelona. There's a reason we're excited!

Both bedrooms are fully furnished and come with built-in wardrobes to maximise floor space. Bedrooms 1 & 2 also have their own private en-suite bathrooms, a desk and chair, TV, and Bedroom 1 has a private, covered patio area equipped with its own table and chairs. Bedroom 2 has space under the mattress for extra storage. Both en-suite bathrooms have storage space, mirrors, new showers cubicles, toilets and sinks.

The apartment has a huge living room split into 2 sections, both with sofas and one with a TV and storage space. The living rooms extend into a kitchen with brand new equipment, dishwasher, oven and plenty of storage space. The kitchen then leads to a small private patio which houses storage and a combined washing machine/ dryer. The main bathroom is next up, with a large bathtub, Gothic tiling and a toilet that is protected by a sliding door. A corridor then leads to the back of the property and the 2 bedrooms, which are far away from street noise.

The neighbourhood of El Raval is a thriving part of the centre of Barcelona. The property is close to a local market and the huge selection of supermarkets, restaurants and bars you'd expect to find in a city centre. The apartment is just 200m from Sant Antoni metro station - not that you'll want to leave!

What we liked the most

  • We love this apartment - our home checker said she would love to live here herself.
  • The apartment has an amazing interior and furnishings to match.
  • Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
  • Both patio areas are covered, and therefore protected from rain and prying eyes!
  • The kitchen in particular has new furnishings.
  • El Raval is an active and thriving neighbourhood, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
  • Sant Antoni metro station is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
