Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Charming flat fully equipped and with all the comforts to enjoy your stay in Barcelona. The day area consists of a living-dining room with TV and access to a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils to simplify your day to day life. The night area consists of 3 double bedrooms, the main one en-suite with a bathroom with bathtub, the flat also has a second bathroom with shower. The flat has heating, air conditioning and wifi. Located in the historic neighbourhood of Santa Eulalia, this flat is surrounded by various services such as supermarkets, gyms and bank branches, as well as being close to various schools and green areas. At 8 minutes walking distance from the Gran Via 2 shopping centre where you will also find various shops, restaurants, cinemas and events.  Less than 15 minutes from the trade and exhibition centre Fira Barcelona Gran Vía, a place where various types of events are held. With excellent connectivity, it is a 3-minute walk from the Provençana metro station (L10S) and a 7-minute walk from the Generalitat de Catalunya Ildefons Cerdà and Europa Fira railway stations with metro service (L8 and L9S) and train services (R5-R6-S3-S4), among others. 20 minutes from the centre of Barcelona by public transport.

Booking Information

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Proof of university/institute registration or receipt
    • Passport/DNI/NIE for all tenants
    • Proof of financial solvency (from parents/guardians or tenants if they are employed)

  • Corporate Reservations:
    • Company deed and CIF
    • Public deed of power of attorney and representative's Passport/DNI/NIE
    • Latest corporate tax return
    • Passport/DNI/NIE for all tenants

  • Employees:
    • Copy of employment contract
    • Last three payrolls
    • Permanent address (not the apartment to be reserved)

  • Self-Employed:

  • Other Cases:

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

  • Other Bills: Not included in the rental price. Estimated costs based on apartment size are:
    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
