A sunny, 90 m², 2-bedroom apartment with AC, a balcony and terrace access is available to rent next to the beach in La Barceloneta. This apartment is bright, spacious, and decorated with modern furniture throughout. The living and dining room is very spacious, and provides access to the balcony which looks out over the street below. The kitchen is completely equipped, and has sleek glass windows which lead onto the living and dining room.

This apartment is situated on Passeig de Joan de Borbó in Barceloneta. The best thing about this apartment is its location - you will be living a few meters from the beach, whilst also being within walking distance from the very centre of Barcelona!
