Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Charming flat of 98 square meters perfectly distributed and with all the necessary equipment for your stay in Barcelona. The day area consists of an entrance hall that leads to a spacious living-dining room with integrated kitchen, American style, and with all the appliances and utensils to facilitate your daily life. The living room has a large sofa to enjoy movie evenings or read your favourite book. Returning to the hall you will find the night area, which consists of two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes in each. The master en-suite bedroom has a dressing area with a desk for you to use as you wish; the bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The second bedroom also has a desk and bedside tables. The flat has a second full bathroom with shower. The flat also has air conditioning, heating and high speed internet. Located in a completely residential area with access to various points of interest, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. Just 3 minutes walk from the metro station Estença (L5) and less than 10 minutes from Sants Estació (L3 - L5), the main train and railway station in Barcelona, as well as the bus station.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
